It all begins as friendship
Thank God for that day it all started
God bless the day we became friends
Day after day…weeks after week
Month rolling into years.
Our friendship grew
So found of one another
Waiting earnestly each day to see each other
Wanting to hear from each other
As the days unfold it grew form one stage to the other
So strong feelings
That is unexplainable towards one another
The joy and fulfillment of been together
As we stay in each other company then we realize
Friends is God’s most precious gift
Must it be love? Yes! It must have been love
It grew and became too serious
That’s when we realize we are in love
Moving from friendship into relationship
With a feeling so intense at the melting point
That’s when I know you are
More then a friend to me
